Chez Serendip is a regenerative cultural sanctuary nestled in six acres of historic redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We are opening two furnished rooms in our 1928 Craftsman home for creatives who seek not only a place to live, but a space to create.
Residents will have access to:
Furnished private room (King w/ deck + walk-in closet, or Queen w/ closet)
Shared bathroom and kitchen
6-acre grounds, gardens, and creative spaces for your practice
Parking for one vehicle
The larger Chez Serendip ecosystem of artist residencies, events, and land stewardship
